HSC Management Consulting Institute, a division of the Human Services Council, was formed to respond to the many requests for advice, assistance and training that the Human Services Council receives from other organizations.

Consulting services are tailored to the needs of each individual organization:

Affordable Housing Development
Evaluation Services
Youth Development Training and Consulting Services

Evaluation services:

HSC provides evaluation services training and seminars on current issues.

In 2003-04 HSC formed committees to conduct evaluations of programs and agencies as assigned by United Way of Norwalk.

The committees visit the agencies, go to Board Meetings, and speak with staff, board members and individuals from other organizations that work with them.
